Hi, I'm Melody, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Yoga Instructor & Wellness Coach.

I have a Masters Degree in Psychology and 14 years of experience using evidence-based strategies to solve behavior challenges and improve the wellbeing of others. I specialize in addressing common issues associated with anxiety from early childhood to adulthood. Through my yoga classes and mental health workshops, I support you to incorporate practical wellness tools into your daily routines.

As an expat for 8 years, I've had the privilege of working with many cultural backgrounds and strive to ensure that my recommendations are not only effective but welcoming of diverse perspectives.

In 2020, I founded Behavior and Wellness because I recognized a critical gap in behavior support services: caregivers and educators, who spend the most time with young people, often feel they must turn to professionals to address behavior challenges. Hands-on professional help may be needed, but nothing can replace your own skills and fluency to address behavior concerns when they show up. What you really need is support in learning and applying strategies in order to experience positive long term outcomes.

With clarity and self-trust, You CAN respond effectively to behavior challenges while attending to your mental health needs during the process. Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to choose one or the other and I am determined to walk you through this process.
